She was an animal lover and had many dogs, birds and fish over the years. But most of all, Peggy had a very infectious smile, laugh and personality and loved her family and friends with conviction. She loved to bake, cook, play card games, dominoes and spend time with her family. Her favorite desserts to make were peach cobbler and fried apricot pies which were often requested by family and friends. Throughout her life, some of her favorite hobbies were crocheting, bowling, fishing and playing Bingo.
Peggy is preceded in death by her loving husband of 48 years, Carter Rogers; parents, Millard and Margaret Gray; sister, Claudine Betts; brothers, Hub Gray, Jim Gray, Red Gray and Bill Gray. She is survived by children, Peggy Patterson and husband, Harvey, Mark Croy, Stacy Rogers and wife, Christi, and Bret Rickerson; grandchildren, Donnie Heath, Brice Rogers, Mark Croy Jr., Hayden Rogers; four great-grandchildren; one great-great grandson; brother, Artie Gray and wife Jackie, and many loving cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. Loved Peggy and Carter so much. John and I had so much fun with them at the senior center and visiting in their home. Played many games with them and shared many meals with them

What a wonderful tribute to a beautiful lady. We should all be so lucky as to have someone like Peggy in our lives. God bless the Stacy family.
