​Charles Dwain Shields Jr was called home on Saturday, April 29, 2023.  He was born on August 29, 1963, in Dallas, Texas to parents, Charles Sr and Mary Shields. A lifelong resident of Fort Worth, Charles was a devoted father who worked as a sales manager for Industrial Tools.  Charles enjoyed sports and the outdoors.
He is survived by his children, Anthony Shields, Elizabeth Shields and Trey Shields, his mother and his brothers.

Bedford, TX – On Friday April 21, 2023, at the age of 60, Linda Marie Martinez passed away after a long fight with multiples illnesses. Linda was born on January 1, 1963, in Racine, Wisconsin to Paul and Mary. She was very proud of and the happiest when she was around her grandkids. Always ready to snap a picture with her smile and sunglasses. Some of the things she enjoyed were listening to her oldies and taking care of her plants. Lin was studying the Bible with Jehovah’s Witnesses and fought hard to continue to make changes in her life.

She was predeceased by her parents, Paul and Mary Martinez; brother, Johnny Martinez; sisters, Anna Martinez and Virginia De La Garza; nephew, Samuel Martinez; grandson, Gabriel Navarro Jr. and beloved daughter, Christina “Kina” Martinez.

Linda is survived by son, Carlos “Rino” Martinez Jr. and wife Cecilia; grandkids, Angelina, Gracie, Analysia, CJ, Amaya and great granddaughter, Adalina; Fiancé, Joe Martinez; sister, Beatrice Meek; brothers, Max Martinez and wife Rosemary, Paul Martinez and wife Nina and Vincent Martinez. As well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

The family will welcome guests with a visitation from 6 to 8 pm Thursday, May 4, 2023 at Eventfully Yours Venue, 7640 NE Loop 820, Suite 110, North Richland Hills, 76180.
