For everyone who knew Victor, we all know that he loved Melinda and his children very much. We also all knew his joking side, he had nicknames and jokes for everyone he knew. He was his own man and strong in his mind and heart. His love for God was personal and special to him. We all know he is pain free and resting in peace with our Lord.

Barbara was born October 15, 1934 into the loving family of Ernest and Buena Hubbard Smith in Dallas, Texas. She was a loving daughter, sister, aunt, niece, mother and grandmother. She traveled this earthly life with Bill Green and they were blessed with three children, Mark, Sarah and Joanna whom she raised in the love and admonition of her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. She was a long-time member of Northview Baptist Church and then Pioneer Drive Baptist Church, both in Irving, Texas. Her desire to share the love of Christ was exhibited in her daily life with family, friends, acquaintances and as a Sunday school teacher. She loved working with her hands and was a gifted quilt maker. She also loved reading, traveling, shopping, cooking, and spending time with her family. She taught us all she could about courage and that His grace is sufficient.
She is preceded in death by her loving husband of 60 years, Bill Green. Barbara is survived by her children; Mark Green, Sarah and Andy Salazar, Joanna and Mark Stuntzner, grandchildren; David Parker, Jathan Salazar, Scott Stuntzner, Joshua Stuntzner and Matthew and Yessenia Stuntzner, brother; Travis and Ann Smith, nephews; Tim Smith, Paul and Karen Smith, Jeremiah and Martha Smith, great-nieces and nephews; Clint, Chelsea, Madison, Alex, Zachary, Hannah, Christian, Caleb and Claire Smith, as well as many friends. Your life is now with the Lord, and we take comfort in knowing you are rejoicing with Him in heaven. |
