Karen Gail Gray, 65, went home to be with the Lord Wednesday, March 11, 2020. A Celebration of Life will take place Saturday at 1:00 pm at Hillcrest Church of Christ, 1401 Hillcrest Dr, Arlington, 76010 with Chaplin, Dwayne Lee officiating. Karen is preceded in death by her husband, Larry Gray and son, Michael Hall; parents, Arizona May Vaughn and Robert Hugh Musick; brothers, Robert Musick and William Musick. She is survived by her loving son, Damon Hall and wife, Valerie; daughter, Rebecca Mead and husband, Robert; step-sons, Elric Gray and wife, April and Alleron Gray and wife, Samantha; grandchildren, Cyndal Hall, Kimberly Mead, Samantha Mead, Skyler Mead, Zane Gray, Ace Lawson, Liam Gray, Haven Gray, Erlin Star Gray, Maeleigh Gray, Arie Gray, Alleron Jr. Gray and Logan Gray; sister, Frances Bielss; brother, Richard Austin; mother-in-law, Vivian Louise Gray; nieces, Mary, Jessica, Samaira, Laura and Holly; nephews, Daniel, Joseph, James and Christopher and her loving furr babies, Grayson, Buffie, Rusty and Cinnamon.

Karen Colene Strother Erskine, 69, entered the gates of heaven on Monday, March 9, 2020 eager to embrace numerous family members whom she had greatly missed. Karen lived in Fort Worth and was an 1968 graduate of Diamond Hill Jarvis High School. She was preceded in death by her parents, Auguste Thurman and G.K. Strother; brother, Jimmy Strother; step-father, Bob Thurman and step-brother, Kerry Thurman. Survivors: husband, James Erskine; daughter, Kimberly Woods; sisters, Gabriele (Leon) Parham and Rosie Strother; step-brother, Craig (Debbie) Thurman, step-sister, Christie Thurman; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. In honor of Karen's wishes, no services will be held. |
