Janice S. Robinson Janice "Jany" S. Robinson, age 80 years, died on January 25, 2026. She will be buried at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery in San Antonio, Texas with her husband, Hilton Robinson. She was born to Colonel James B. Seaman, M.D. and Hazel Lewis Seaman on August 3, 1945. She loved the Army life and being an Army Brat. When her Father retired from the Army in 1957, they settled in Tyler, Texas and she graduated from Robert E. Lee High School. She attended UNT, Texas Tech and Tarrant County College. She never got a degree, but did get an excellent education. She was a true Daughter of Texas. She was born in San Antonio, and was a direct descendant of Elijah Stapp, who was a signer of the Texas Declaration of Independence. Mostly, she loved her family and all creatures great and small. She had a wonderful life and was content. She was preceded in death by her husband; her parents; her brother Jim Seaman and an infant grandson Thomas Orr. She is survived by her sister, Barbara Crutchfield of Toronto, Canada. Along with her sister's companion, Gene Simpson. She leaves behind her 3 children: Will Orr and his wife Angelia, Leslie Denby and her husband Randy and Cutter Orr and his wife Nancy. She is also survived by stepchildren: Dan Robinson, Amanda Quicksall and her husband Andrew and Special Daughter Marsy Key and her husband Glenn. She was blessed with twelve FANTASTIC grandchildren. A local Celebration of Life will take place on Saturday, February 21, 2026 at 11:00am with visitation prior to begin at 10:00am at the First United Methodist Church, 590 NE McAlister Rd., Burleson, Texas 76028.
